Graphing Incident Reports:
- Navigation
- Go to the incident reporting module by using the sidebar.
- Click on Analyse Incident Data
- Overview
There are four different options for data that can be graphed.- Incident Charts - A chart to show occurrences of incident types.
- Lost Time Analysis - A chart to break down lost time by different factors
- Ranking Statistics - A list showing the most common types of incident
- Incident Report - A table of incident frequency, categorised by the selected months.
- Creating an Incident or Lost Time Analysis Chart.
- You must set a title, the group method for sorting the graph and a start and end date for data collection
- Next, you need to select the incident centres to draw reports from. You can do this either through Select All in the top right or by clicking on each incident centre, making sure to hold control to select multiple.
- Next, you need to select the types of incident events to graph. If you want to view all Incidents, select Incidents, only select another option if you do not want all types.
- Some options will present additional options to fine-tune your chart's selection, by default all will be selected.
- Exporting Results
You can export a chart through the 3 lines box in the top right-hand corner of the chart.
