Why can't I edit this Injury/Accident?

Why Can't I Edit an Accident/Injury:

  1. Structure Authority
    • Your account may have specific privileges for a structure location, which is linked to the incident centre used in the report. There are three tiers of privileges: Read, Create, and Edit/Remove. To edit a report, you must have the highest authority for the structure location, which is Edit/Remove.
    • How to Request Changes - please contact your organization's Health and Safety Team.

  2. RIDDOR Triggered and Reported:
    • If the injury triggered a RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases, and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations) and has been reported to the HSE (Health and Safety Executive), the incident record will be locked for further changes.
    • This is identifiable by a banner added to all RIDDOR injuries in the report

  3. How to Request Changes
please contact your Global Administrator to request the necessary updates.
