Finding a Risk Assessment:

    • Go to the risk assessment module by using the sidebar.
    • Click on the Search for a Risk Assessment to get started
  2. Filtering the Search
The risk assessment module provides 2 sets of filtering options, the initial criteria provided on the page, along with the further criteria tab that can be used for advanced searches.

    • Reference - Use this field if you have an assessment reference number
    • Show - Select the status of records you want to view, such as complete without sign-off

    • Sort Results By - Choose how you'd like to order your search results.

    • Filter to specific area - Filter results by the structure location of the report is tied to

    • Persons Affected - Select records that put a certain type of person at risk

  3. Opening an Assessment
AssessNet displays the results of your search with fields such as Date, Reference, the number of people who were affected, Review info and the current risk number.
    • If assessments are overdue for review, then the review date will be highlighted in red.
    • When clicking on "Options" you will see various operations you can do to the search result. Depending on the permissions level of your account, the number of options will change.
    • When you edit an assessment, you will be asked if you would like to create a historical version of the original assessment to refer to later. Clicking "Yes" will create a copy of the current report while "No" will overwrite earlier information in the Risk assessment.

  4. Saving Search results
    • After a search has been completed, you can save the filter criteria of a search to appear under Load Saved Searches.
    • This is done through the black Save this Search button in the top right of the Search Results panel.
    • One saved search can be set to the default for your account. When next opening the search page it will automatically load the criteria and search with them.
