How do I find a task?

Task Manager provides multiple methods to search for tasks, offering flexibility to refine your results. These methods can be used individually or in combination to locate specific tasks.


Search Options:

  1. Assigned To: Find tasks based on the person to whom they have been assigned.
    • Please note: The task manager defaults to you.




  1. Assigned By: Search for tasks by the person who assigned them.

  2. Task StatusFilter tasks according to their current status (e.g., open, in-progress, completed).




  1. ModuleSearch by the module or category the task is associated with.

  2. Record ReferenceLocate tasks using a specific record reference number.

  3. KeywordEnter a keyword from the task’s title or description.

  4. Date RangeSearch for tasks based on their due date, completion date, or creation date.

  5. Location: Filter tasks by a specific location if relevant.

  6. PrioritySearch for tasks based on their priority level (e.g., high, medium, low).


Each of these search options can be combined to narrow down your results and find tasks quickly and efficiently.
