How do I reset my password?

If you need to reset your account, follow the account recovery process. This will enable you to reset your password and create a new PIN for system access. Please follow the steps below to complete the recovery process:


Steps to Recover an Account:

  1. Navigate to the Account Recovery Page
    Go to the new login page via: Login Page and click the text "Can't access your account?", 

    Alternatively, you can follow this link: Log in to AssessNET

  2. Enter your Account's email address 


  1. Enter the code.
    AssessNet will send you an email, containing a six-digit code (e.g. 191830), enter this into the page.
    • Please do not copy the code from the email, enter it manually.

  2. Create your password. 
    • You cannot enter a password that you have used previously
    • It must be at least 8 characters long.
    • It must contain an Upper and Lower case character (e.g. Ua)
    • It must contain a number (e.g. 8)
    • It must contain a special character (e.g. ! or _ or #)

  3. Create your pin.
    • It must be 6 characters long
    • It must not contain the same character 4 or more times (e.g. 111511)
  4. Logging In.
    • Once your account is activated, you can log in by entering your username, password (case-sensitive), and 6-digit PIN on the login page.
    • Make sure to check the password that a password manager will attempt to save, as it will likly get confused and attempt to save your pin
