Pontins Owner in Court as Health and Safety Failings Probed in Fatal Ceiling Collapse

The owner of Pontins holiday parks has appeared in court following the death of a grandmother who was fatally injured when a ceiling collapsed at the Brean Sands resort. The Health and Safety Executive is prosecuting under legislation concerning failure to ensure the safety of non-employees.
